The challenge.
Build an end-to-end rental platform from a clean slate — fleet inventory, locations, search, reservation flow, customer accounts, operator dashboard — with a frontend that holds its own against the category incumbents.

Our approach.
Typed React frontend with route-level guards, Spring Boot backend with a normalised inventory model, multi-location pricing rules, and a reservation flow benchmarked against the category leaders. Operator dashboard built parallel to the customer flow so both ship together.
